Anthony R. Faraco Jr.
is an associate in the Litigation Department. He is a trial attorney who handles a variety of litigation matters, including criminal defense, municipal law, toxic torts, commercial disputes, and personal injury. Mr. Faraco is a former Assistant Public Defender and has tried numerous cases to verdict since his admission in 2014. He was named as an “Up and Coming Attorney” in 2017 by The Daily Record. Mr. Faraco also is an adjunct professor at Erie Community College, where he teaches criminal law, tax law, evidence, and intro to law.
During his free time, Mr. Faraco enjoys playing with his dogs, reading, skiing, watching the Bills, and spending time with his family.
