Paul F. Hammond is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters and personal injury. As a partner in the Litigation Department of Bouvier Partnership, LLP, he has successfully tried high exposure cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. He also has extensive experience in litigating claims involving auto injuries, slip and falls, worksite accidents, and nursing home litigation. He currently chairs the firm’s marketing committee, and has served on the management committee, as well. Mr. Hammond is also named as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. This honor is awarded to attorneys who are among the elite trial and appellate lawyers within their practice areas throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Hammond was a trial attorney for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.
