Paul F. Hammond is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury matters. As a partner in the litigation department of the Bouvier Partnership, LLP, he has successfully tried high exposure cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts. He has extensive experience litigating claims involving toxic exposure, auto injuries, slip and falls, work site accidents, and veterinary malpractice. Mr. Hammond had been named as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. This honor is awarded to attorneys who are among the elite trial and appellate attorneys within their practice areas throughout the United States. He has also been nominated to Who’s Who in Law, Buffalo Business First and Buffalo Law Journal, in the area of personal injury litigation, and also has been recognized in “Super Lawyers” for Upstate New York.
