Michael P. Caffery is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, general civil litigation, and criminal matters. He is also well-versed in municipal issues representing municipalities including the City of Lackawanna, Town of Tonawanda, and Town of Hamburg. In the past, he represented the Seneca Nation of Indians, Town of Evans, Town of Hanover, and Village of Silver Creek as counsel for the Intercommunity Water Board. Mr. Caffery has also represented various Indian-owned corporations and individual members of the Seneca Nation of Indians.
Prior to joining Bouvier, he was a partner in the law firm of Quinn, McGarry, Caffery & Patricia for 30 years. In September 2009, the firm merged with Bouvier Partnership, LLP.
