George W. Collins, Jr. has 26 years of experience as a trial attorney and concentrates his practice primarily in the area of personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, dog bites, various other homeowner type accidents, municipal law, and other tort claims. Mr. Collins has appeared on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in New York State Supreme Court primarily in Western New York and occasionally in the Western District Federal Court. Mr. Collins has lectured on litigation issues before other trial attorneys in Erie County. He has also argued before the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester on various issues arising from his cases. He serves on the Management Committee and has chaired the Litigation Department of the Bouvier Partnership.

- B.S., English, Grove City College (Grove City Pennsylvania), 1973. While at Grove City College, Mr. Collins minored in secondary education and obtained certification to teach at the secondary level, which he did at Nichols School (1977-81). Mr. Collins was awarded membership in Omicron Delta Kappa in recognition of his academic record and service in collegiate activities and athletics.
