George W. Collins, Jr. has 26 years of experience as a trial attorney and concentrates on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, products liability claims, and homeowner-type accidents. Mr. Collins has appeared on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. He has served as the chairman of the Litigation Group and is a member of the Executive Committee that governs the firm.
In the past, Mr. Collins has been the recipient of a Trial Advocacy Diploma from the American College of Trial Lawyers and National Institute for Trial Advocacy, a member of “Who’s Who in American Law” as well as the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). Mr. Collins also was selected to “Best Lawyers in America” in 2010 and 2012, Buffalo Law Journal Who’s Who in WNY Legal Community in 2007 and 2011, and “Super Lawyers” for Upstate New York in 2009 and 2011.
