Dale Ehman, as a trial lawyer, specializes in the defense of personal injury actions, including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and construction/labor law litigation. He has handled numerous complex tort cases involving workplace and construction accidents. In addition, he has handled numerous insurance declaratory judgment actions and insurance coverage issues and disputes on behalf of insurance companies.
He has also experienced in handling of municipal liability defense, including the defense of constitutional claims and lawsuits against municipalities.
He handles arbitrations and mediations involving personal injury claims and uninsured motorist claims. He has also handled and pursued numerous “loss transfer” reimbursement claims on behalf of automobile insurers and worker’s compensation providers.
He has lectured and presented on issues of uninsured motorist coverage, loss transfer reimbursement rights of insurers and worker’s compensation providers, no-fault coverage issues and liens, and the defense of personal injury lawsuits.
