Chad Murray joined the firm with experience as a personal injury litigator representing the rights of injured people. Mr. Murray’s litigation practice focuses on representation of people seeking compensation for personal injuries. His litigation practice includes defense of municipal, automobile accident, and toxic exposure claims. In addition, he assists with the firm’s sizable appellate practice.
Mr. Murray also focuses his practice on representation and counseling of non-profit organizations and small businesses. He provides services tailor-made to fit the needs of each client based on a cooperative assessment of the client’s needs, expectations, and budget. He believes that not-profit organizations and small businesses form the backbone of the region and is invested in helping them meet their goals.
Mr. Murray’s practice areas also include estate planning, trusts and estates, and bankruptcy.
In addition, Mr. Murray is very active in the community. He is the advertising committee chair of the Project Homeless Connect Planning Committee and is a member of the Western New York Coalition for the Homeless. He is also a member of the Fundraising Committee for the Matt Urban Hope Center and volunteers at the Matt Urban Hope Center. He is also an annual participant in the Ride for Roswell to benefit the Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
Mr. Murray was born and raised in Western New York. He grew up in Medina, New York, in Orleans County. He attended Syracuse University before returning to Western New York for law school at State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He now resides with his wife, daughter, and pets in Tonawanda, New York.
